How It Works

Each week you will be receiving homework and integration exercises that are important to your learning and development. The homework is designed to be fun and realistic.  We encourage you to do it weekly and post your insights and challenges to our private Facebook Group.  Homework includes worksheets, meditations and reflection questions.  The link to the live recording will be posted here every week for your listening convenience as well.  To print PDF documents and download for later use, click on download file, point cursor at the bottom of the page and a bubble will pop up giving you the option to open in preview or save pdf to download folder.  Either of these options will allow you to print the document.

Week 1:  Assess & Awaken

This week's homework & integration exercises are designed to help you assess where you are at and where you'd like to be.  There are also a couple of exercises so you can identify and define your core values as well as an energizing "Limitless Life" meditation that you can use to visualize your dreams and desires.  Each exercise takes between 10-20 minutes to complete.  Allow yourself to dream and have fun this week!  Do the ASSESS exercises first to gain clarity and then complete the AWAKEN exercises to dream big, claim your core values and open yourself to possibility.

Wheel Of Life Exercise  Apply this to all areas of your life.  How bumpy or smooth is your ride?  How is the least fulfilling area impacting the rest of your life?
What's Working Exercise  Clarify what changes you need to make as well as to identify what goals you have.
Core Values Worksheet  This document requires some focus and creativity.  Take your time with it and post your ideas or insights on the private Facebook page for feedback and support.  You will most likely be refining and renaming your core values over the next few weeks of the course.
Tree Of My Truth Worksheet  This worksheet will be used throughout the course.  Print it out and keep it with you.  Everything below the earth (line) represents your internal landscape.  Everything above the line is who you are being to yourself and others.  This week simply write your core values in the actual "roots" of the worksheet.  Start to look through the lens of your core values and see if you can make choices in your life that are aligned with those.  For example:  if your core value is "Sharing Delight" then practice sharing delight with others.  If your core value is "Sacred Space" see if you can carve out sacred time for yourself this week or make your home environment feel more sacred.
Limitless Life Meditation Listen to this as many times as you like.  There is an intention setting exercise at the end of the meditation for you to engage in.  Write out your intention and put it somewhere you can see daily.  Share it with the group on the Facebook page!  As a bonus, you can create a vision board of your limitless life and post a picture of it on the private Facebook page so we can support you.  After you've connected to your limitless life through the meditation, you can practice opening and stretching out your arms while saying aloud: "I open to all that is coming my way" or "I open to receive all that I am creating".  Enjoy!

Week 2:  Let Go

Picture
This week's homework exercises will allow you to shift out of the old patterns, behaviors and mindsets that have been keeping you stuck.  They will also allow you to begin practicing honoring all of your emotions so that they can become your teacher and guide you deeper into your truth versus being stuck in the grips of any particular emotional state or false limiting belief.  You will begin to shift into a new consciousness of truth as you gently practice catching yourself and choosing instead to shift.  Be curious and gentle with yourself this week as you let things bubble up to the surface so you can explore these feelings instead of deny them or numb them.  This week you also have the opportunity to begin clearing away debris on physical, emotional, mental and energetic levels.  Choose at least one toxic habit or food choice that you will no longer engage with and clear out at least 10 items that no longer represent who you are becoming from your home.  You will be able to engage in two gorgeous and powerful releasing rituals this week to truly put to rest any anger or elements of your past that can now be let go of.  Lastly, this week includes 2 Exclusive ALIGNED Bonus Audio Seminars to help you clean your body, clear out clutter and free yourself from self sabotage.  *Please share the toxic habit, pattern, foods, clutter etc. that you are choosing to no longer engage in on our Facebook page so the group can help hold you accountable! 

5 Steps To Shifting Exercise:  Begin catching yourself in an unhealthy pattern or emotion.  Practice pausing so as not to take action from that place and choosing instead to let the emotion move through you so it can truly release and you can access your empowered center.  
Old Agreements Exercise:  You may be surprised what spoken or unspoken contracts you have entered into with yourself, your body and with others over the years.  These contracts can keep us stuck in an old paradigm that is mis-aligned with our truth.  Take some time to revisit and shift those old agreements.  You may write pretend letters or call in those people with whom you have old contracts during your meditation to renegotiate new agreements or terms with them.  
What If Exercise:  Shift from a place of fear to a perspective of possibility with this cathartic, simple and fun exercise.  
The Guest House:  A beautiful Rumi poem for you to ruminate on.
Releasing Rituals:  If it feels right to you, partake in a sacred releasing ritual to let go of pent up anger or to release any elements of your past that no longer serve or represent you.
Forgiveness Exercise:  Practicing forgiveness puts the power back in your court.  It actually has nothing to do with the other person.  Choosing to forgive means choosing to give yourself freedom from the spinning mind, anger and resentment that you are holding onto.  It's not about right or wrong, it's about releasing something inside you that is exhausting you in some way and keeping you stuck.  Hug yourself at the end of this exercise!
Clean List:  If you're ready to release toxins from your body this week (and beyond), Rony's Clean List will give you an overview on how to do so.  Choose a few toxic items from the list and replace them with clean items instead.  The first week of this may be very uncomfortable on a physical level as you may experience headaches, cravings or even mood swings.  Let yourself ride it out and within a few days you'll feel MUCH better!  You are invited to abstain from drugs and alcohol for the remainder of the course to give you access to mental and emotional clarity and depth.

Week 3: Ignite Intuition

Picture
This week is all about igniting, honoring and strengthening your intuition.  The homework exercises this week are designed to support you in creating the needed practices in your life and schedule so you can do just that.  You are invited to slow down this week, pause and practice listening deeply to the stillness, silence and wisdom within you.  Allow yourself to tune in and start to notice the inherent wisdom that exists within you and in your body.  What are your body's messages?  What is your intuition telling you?  This week is about shifting from doing into being, about practicing self care and tending to yourself so you can carefully, lovingly and courageously seize the inherent knowledge and power that is yours to receive and act on.

Creating A Sacred Practice: Begin to meditate or simply sit in silence each day.  This document will teach you how to create a sacred practice and what it can be used for.  It is important to do this every single day, even if only for a few minutes initially.  As you become more familiar with sitting in silence, you will move past any uncomfortable emotions and will begin to crave the inner peace and wisdom each day.
I Chose Instead Exercise:  Sometimes it can be very scary to follow our gut.  We are afraid that we'll make a mistake or that others will be upset with us.  That is particularly the case when we begin to put ourselves first and practice inserting acts of self care into our daily life.  This document will help you retrain yourself so that you can gain evidence to support how beneficial, safe and generous it actually is to follow your intuition, put yourself first and practice self care.  
Find Your Captain Meditation:  Each of us is comprised of many parts.  Just as we can at times hear the critical or fear-filled voice of the Saboteur, we can also be in relationship with our most wise, courageous and loving parts.  Your Captain is the part of you who is wise beyond your years, ever knowing, compassionate and always able to steer you in the right direction no matter the circumstances.  Listen to this meditation to connect with the resilient, life affirming and clear leader that exists within you.

Week 4: Generate Growth

Picture
This week is dedicated to shifting from identifying and cultivating your inner landscape to practicing applying your truth to your external or daily life.  The homework and integration exercises this week will allow you to start practicing being generative in your life - taking radical responsibility to initiate change and bring your limitless life vision/intention to life.  This requires that you practice being the pioneer on your journey, that you take risks, get curious, try and maybe at times fail, all for the sake of building this new muscle of aligning with your truth.  This week you will identify your fertile foundation and will engage in those activities that most sustain and replenish you.  You will practice following the energy and you will apply the ancient art of feng shui to your home so you can start to manifest your limitless life vision.  You will also practice staying connected to essence and letting go of form, opening yourself to the limitless possibilities and opportunities that the Universe has in store for you.

Fertile Foundation: Identify your fertile foundation and fill those in on the Tree of My Truth document.  Your homework is to engage in at least one fertile foundation activity daily this week.  It can be as short as stepping outside to take a deep breath or practicing speaking up for yourself.  Notice what shifts for you?  What is available and who do you become when your foundation is fertile and nourished?
Taking Risks:  Bringing our lives into alignment with our truth requires us to take risks.  This integration exercise will help you be bold and will allow you to celebrate your risks big and small.
Follow The Energy:  This document will help you uncover your energy providers vs. energy drainers.  Sometimes we aren't aware of what is truly draining or fortifying us until we see it on paper.  Practice following the energy this week!  What brings you alive and restores you?  Be relentlessly committed to following through on the energy givers in your life and practice saying no to all that drains you.
Feng Shui Bagua: Putting the ancient art of Feng Shui into practice will undoubtedly change your life for the better.  Your external environment will literally become a representation of all that you want to manifest and that which you most deeply desire to experience, express, create and contribute.  It will change you on the inside as your life changes on the outside.  Use this worksheet to apply the powerful feng shui techniques to your home or office space.
Conscious Competence Diagram:  This diagram shows the steps of the learning curve and will remind you to be patient with yourself as you put your new truth into action.

Week 5: Naturally Now

Picture
Week 5 is about shifting into who you are meant to be… now.  It's about embracing the present moment and swimming in gratitude for all that exists and all that is working in your life now even though you are on the path to changing your future.  This week is also about embracing nature - the pace of nature, the healing elements that nature provides as well as embracing your own true nature in this moment.  The homework this week will give you great clarity on who you are becoming and how to be that person NOW.  The exercises will empower you to commit to yourself and your ultimate life.  You'll get very clear on what it's time to say no to, yes to and ultimately what you owe to yourself.  Be brave, be bold, be present and self loving… and don't forget to have fun!

Now Document:  This document will allow you to connect with the power of this very moment.  The present is the only time in which you are actually in an empowered position to make a choice.  Begin to shift from being stuck in the past or projecting to the future and chose instead to bask in the gift and teachings that this very moment is providing you with.
No/Yes Document:  As you embrace your true nature, it is important to commit to yourself and your intention(s).  What are you truly committed to?  What is it time to say NO to so that you can align with your truth and reach your dreams?  What are you now saying YES to?  Full-blown, all out, 100% YES.  Being clear on this will take you from the land of possibility to the land of commitment and manifestation.
Future Self Exercise:  Who is your Future Self?  Who is the person you are becoming?  How can you become that person NOW?  This document will give you the clarity you need to start making decisions from your future self now.  
10 Commandments:  This is the part of the course when it's time to get real.  You've said No to some things and Yes to other things.  What are the 10 commitments you need to make to yourself to truly take you to where you want to be?  This is one of the most powerful exercises you will engage in during the course and in your life.  Allow yourself to get clear and become super empowered through your Ten Commandments!
Tree of My Truth:  Fill in the section called "Trunk of My Truth".  This section represents who you are being in the world - for yourself and for others.  Now that you are living in alignment with your core values and you are practicing your Fertile Foundation regularly, what type of person does this turn you into?  Who are you being?  You may be a Hero to your family.  You may be calm, confident, patient, fun and/or creative. Have fun with this part of the tree exercise and notice what a beautiful tree you are turning into!

Week 6:  Express & Embody

Picture
This week is your invitation to express yourself and embody, or walk your truth.  Sharing our truth with others can feel terribly scary at times, but as we practice showing up authentically, sharing what's true for us, expressing our needs and releasing our joy, life begins to become magically effortless and wonderfully gratifying.  The homework assignments this week are designed to support you in practicing expressing yourself.  You are being invited to get into your body and move it to release.  You'll have the opportunity to practice having empowered conversations and generating growth within your relationships.  Let yourself let loose this week!  Have fun and free your voice.  Free your body and your truth!  You'll be amazed at what begins to shift for you… and you may inspire a few other folks along the way.

Ways To Express: This document will give you lots of ideas on how to express yourself this week.  See if you can try a new form of art or move your body in a way that feels good.  Let yourself release and revitalize!
Setting Boundaries: It is critical that we learn to set boundaries on the path of living in alignment with our truth.  Setting boundaries allows us to create structure and parameters in our lives and our relationships.  This generates more mutual respect, clarifies expectations and cultivates authentic acceptance and support with ourselves and others.  Notice that when you allow yourself to have a solid NO that you are actually giving yourself the opportunity of a rich YES in your life.  This homework exercise will allow you to notice that when you say NO, you are actually also saying YES.
Empowered Conversations: To be fully aligned means that we can communicate in a way that promotes our truth and our authentic, healthy relationships with others.  Conscious, empowered communication allows us to deepen connections, to be seen and heard while seeing and hearing others as well.  It is important to learn to communicate effectively so that you can express your truth with confidence, self-assurance, kindness and grace.  Choose one or more of the tools in this document to start practicing and see what opens for you.   
Life Purpose:  When we uncover our life purpose then it suddenly gives great meaning and context to everything we are up to in our lives.  Your purpose is an expression of your truth and your career, relationships, actions, activities, etc. can become an expression of your larger life's purpose if you choose them to be - this will bring you into complete alignment.  This homework exercise is not required, but if it speaks to you, it can be used to uncover your life purpose.  Allow yourself to play and have fun with exploring this.

Week 7:  Discipline For The Dream

As we wrap up our course, you are invited to consider how to take all of your learning further and integrate into your life over the long term so that you are truly aligned with your highest truth, intention and dreams.  This week, the homework is designed to help you become disciplined and stay connected to the work.  You will identify who your cheer leaders are so that you may be supported and encouraged during your highs and most importantly, when you hit a low moment on the path.  You also will be able to map out how to reach your Limitless Life Vision and viably make it a reality.  In addition to being connected to our truth, we must also be practical in order to create results in our lives.  The homework this week will help you do that.  You will also be able to identify the "fruits of your labor"; i.e. the payoff of living an ALIGNED life.  This is an opportunity to bask in gratitude and pat yourself on the back for all of your hard work.  As the attached poem suggests: Sit. Feast on Your Life.  We would also appreciate your feedback and testimonial.  Thank you!

Cheerleaders Document:  Who are your cheerleaders?  This exercise will help you identify who makes up your truest support system.  It's important to know who we can turn to as we walk this special and often times different path of living our truth.
Discipline for the Dream:  How do you actually bring your dream or goal into fruition?  How do you get from A to Z?  This exercise will help you organize your to-do list in such a way that you remain totally aligned with your Limitless Life Vision and truth.  Take some time to clarify what you are up to and notice how liberating and empowering it feels to see your next steps mapped out!
Tree of My Truth:  In previous weeks you filled out your core values, fertile foundation and trunk of your truth.  Now it's time to notice the fruits of your labor.  What are the gifts and blessings that are available to you as you live in alignment with your core values and practice be-ing your truth?  Enjoy!
